Our Massage Therapists have completed 2 years or 2,200 hours of Massage Therapy education and are members in good standing with a professional body. The Massage Therapists at Care are trained in a variety of techniques which include deep tissue therapeutic massage, relaxation, pregnancy and baby massage. Other specialized techniques they utilize are myofascial release, visceral manipulation and myofascial cupping.
